    SHIPPING TIMES:

    • Standard shipping: 3 - 7 business days after dispatch from warehouse
    • Express shipping: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch from warehouse

      RETURNS:
      We're sure that you will love your Lineate gear as much as we do, however, if for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase we will happily provide you with a store credit. For any return to be processed, the following requirements must be met:
      • Item in brand new condition
      • Unwashed & unworn with tags attached
      • Items returned within 28 days of purchase
      • Full priced items only

      For customers that are wanting to exchange for another size or have changed their mind about a colour or a style, it was will be the customers responsibility to return the product in the post to the below address. Once returned, Lineate will pay for the postage to get your new item to you. See below returns address:

      DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM RETURNS:
      If you believe that your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at info@lineate.com.au along with clear photos that show what you believe to be faulty or damaged along with your proof of purchase. 

      Please note that not all issues with the product are due to a fault, they can be caused by improper use of the product or incorrect usage of care instructions and as a result may not be deemed to be faulty. 

      PLEASE NOTE:

      • Lineate is not responsible for any postage delays, lost or stolen packages and it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping details.
      • Customers will not be reimbursed if the wrong address details are given at checkout. 
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
      • Lineate is unable to modify or cancel processed orders. 
      • Any items that are returned to sender will incur additional postage fees to re-send the package.
