All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information from Australia post.

Flat rate of $7.95 standard shipping in Australia for all orders under $99
Express shipping available for $12.95

SHIPPING RATES NZ:

Free standard shipping for orders over $129
Standard shipping $9.95 for orders under $129

SHIPPING RATES INTERNATIONAL:

Free international shipping for orders over $199
International shipping $19.95 for orders under $199

SHIPPING TIMES:

Standard shipping: 3 - 7 business days after dispatch from warehouse
Express shipping: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch from warehouse
International shipping: 8 - 10 business days after dispatch from warehouse

RETURNS:
We're sure that you will love your Lineate gear as much as we do, however, if for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase we will happily provide you with a store credit. For any return to be processed, the following requirements must be met:

Item in brand new condition
Unwashed & unworn with tags attached
Items returned within 28 days of purchase
Full priced items only

Refunds will only be honoured if item is faulty or damaged.
